1. Purpose
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) govern the rental of Villa Samadhi.
The villa may be offered for full rental or by room, depending on the option chosen by the client.

2. Rates and taxes
• Rates may be indicated in MAD or in €, depending on the option chosen by the client.
• The Marrakech tourist tax is included in the indicated rate.
• VAT applicable at 10%.

3. Booking and payment
• Payment is required 100% at the time of booking.
• It is possible to request a 30% non-refundable deposit, but this option requires contacting us directly.
• Accepted payment methods: credit card. For cash or bank transfer payments, please contact us directly.

4. Cancellation and no-show
• Cancellation: No refund is granted except in cases of force majeure or exceptional circumstances, subject to our approval and upon presentation of supporting documents.
• No-show: In case of failure to arrive, the stay is charged in full.

5. Arrival and departure
• Check-in: from 2:00 PM
• Check-out: before 12:00 PM

6. House rules
• Parties are allowed, with respect for the property and the neighborhood.
Please contact us in advance to inform us of the nature of the event.
• Pets are not allowed..
• The swimming pool is under the responsibility of the guests.
• Children under 12 years old are not admitted.
• In accordance with Moroccan law, if one of the travelers is Moroccan, a valid marriage certificate is required. This rule does not apply to non-Moroccan couples.

7. Liability
Guests are responsible for their personal belongings during their stay.

8. Applicable law and disputes
These General Terms and Conditions are subject to Moroccan law.
Any dispute relating to their interpretation and/or execution falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Marrakech.
