General Terms and Conditions \u2013 Villa Samadhi<\/strong>

1. Purpose<\/strong>
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) govern the rental of Villa Samadhi.
The villa may be offered for full rental or by room, depending on the option chosen by the client.<\/p>

2. Rates and taxes<\/strong>
\u2022 Rates may be indicated in MAD or in \u20ac, depending on the option chosen by the client.
\u2022 The Marrakech tourist tax is included in the indicated rate.
\u2022 VAT applicable at 10%.<\/p>

3. Booking and payment<\/strong>
\u2022 Payment is required 100% at the time of booking.
\u2022 It is possible to request a 30% non-refundable deposit, but this option requires contacting us directly.
\u2022 Accepted payment methods: credit card. For cash or bank transfer payments, please contact us directly.<\/p>

4. Cancellation and no-show<\/strong>
\u2022 Cancellation: No refund is granted except in cases of force majeure or exceptional circumstances, subject to our approval and upon presentation of supporting documents.
\u2022 No-show: In case of failure to arrive, the stay is charged in full.<\/p>

5. Arrival and departure<\/strong>
\u2022 Check-in: from 2:00 PM
\u2022 Check-out: before 12:00 PM<\/p>

6. House rules<\/strong>
\u2022 Parties are allowed, with respect for the property and the neighborhood.
Please contact us in advance to inform us of the nature of the event.
\u2022 Pets are not allowed..<\/strong>
\u2022 The swimming pool is under the responsibility of the guests.
\u2022 Children under 12 years old are not admitted.
\u2022 In accordance with Moroccan law, if one of the travelers is Moroccan, a valid marriage certificate is required. This rule does not apply to non-Moroccan couples.<\/p>

7. Liability<\/strong>
Guests are responsible for their personal belongings during their stay.<\/p>

8. Applicable law and disputes<\/strong>
These General Terms and Conditions are subject to Moroccan law.
Any dispute relating to their interpretation and\/or execution falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Marrakech.<\/p><\/div>
